Section 01

General Provisions

mc55 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply equally to all pages, the mobile version and associated services.

• These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
• mc55 reserves the right to change or expand the scope of services at any time without notice.
• These Terms may also be available in English. In case of conflict between the Bengali and English versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.
• No employee or representative of mc55 may verbally make any promise beyond these Terms.

Section 02

Account Registration

To play games or place bets on mc55, creating a personal account is required. The following conditions must be met at the time of registration:

2.1 Registration Process

• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date.
• If an account is opened with false information, the account will be cancelled and the balance may be forfeited.
• After account creation is complete, mc55 may request additional documents for verification.

2.2 Password and Security

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential.
• Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify mc55 support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out on your account.

Section 03

Age Verification and KYC

mc55 provides services only to individuals aged 21 or above. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

3.1 KYC Documents

Any one of the following documents may be required for verification:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Proof of ownership of a bKash, Nagad or other mobile banking account

mc55 may require KYC to be completed at any time before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be put on hold if documents are not submitted.

Section 04

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposits must only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to the gaming account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawal processing for unverified accounts may be delayed.
• mc55 reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals if fraud or irregularity is suspected.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.

Section 05

Bonuses and Promotions

mc55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Please read the following conditions carefully before accepting these offers:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus up to a maximum of ৳5,000 on their first deposit.
• To become eligible to withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) must be met.
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• While a bonus is active, the combined amount of the main deposit and the bonus will be subject to the wagering requirement.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

mc55's VIP program has 5 tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies to one account, one household, one IP address and one device.
• mc55 reserves the right to change, cancel or set an expiry on any bonus.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.
• mc55 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus without reason if abuse is suspected.

Section 06

Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on mc55:

• Each game has its own applicable rules, which are displayed in the game interface.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical error, mc55 reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the result of that round.
• mc55 is not responsible for any loss caused by network issues or device failure.
• Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) which operates impartially and independently.
• In sports betting, bets placed before odds change will be considered confirmed.
• During a live match, odds may update automatically if conditions change.

Section 07

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mc55 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account using a fake identity or the identity of another person.
• Bonus abuse — such as arbitrage betting or systematic bonus exploitation.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts or software.
• Conducting fraudulent activities in collusion with other members.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Hacking, phishing or other cyber attacks.

Section 08

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is recommended to withdraw any available balance before closing.

8.2 Closure at mc55's Initiative

mc55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false information or identity.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Age verification failure.
• Long-term inactivity.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
